Safety Culture | General Heating and Air Conditioning

General Heating and Air Conditioning believes that a fully functional and successful Geothermal3safety program starts at the top.

Safety is fully supported by all levels of upper management who provide superior support and leadership in safety. The president, vice president, and representatives of management actively participate in the safety function by attending safety committee meetings, engaging in day-to-day safety issues as needed, and by promoting an open door policy on all matters relating to employee safety critical incident issues that arise. Our company core values strengthen the type of support and leadership necessary to ensure the successful growth of this superior safety program.
