A Safety Incentive Program has been utilized
since 1989 to increase employee awareness regarding safety.
Program specifics and details change on a three-year basis, with quarterly, semi-annual and annual awards used to heighten attitude on a frequent basis. To recognize the importance a supervisor has in the overall success of a safety program, a separate supervisor incentive program exists in addition to the basic program.
