A Safety Incentive Program has been utilized
since 1989 to increase employee awareness regarding safety.
Program specifics and details change on a three-year basis, with quarterly, semi-annual and annual awards used to heighten attitude on a frequent basis. To recognize the importance a supervisor has in the overall success of a safety program, a separate supervisor incentive program exists in addition to the basic program.
CAD Helps In Many Facets of Commercial Projects
The CAD department had a busy 2016 and this year will be no different. Some significant BIM/CAD projects for 2016 included Baldwin Hospital, Epic Campus 4 and 5, Stevens Point Chemistry Building, ATC, and the Marquette Replacement Hospital which started later in the year.
