Employee Clay Shoot | General Heating and Air Conditioning

GHAC employees have 5th Annual Clay Shoot

On Saturday, June 27th, sixteen General Heating and Air Conditioning employees gathered at the Waunakee Gun Club to take part in the 5th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot, an event employees look forward to each year.

Those who attended were from a variety of departments within the company, including office personnel and both steam fitter and sheet metal field crews.

Given GHAC’s focus on safety, the morning started with a safety talk on gun handling, safety on the course, and the course rules. The event consisted of participants shooting at 50 clay targets each, and all of the shooters were able to hit over 50% of the clay targets. The high score of the event was an employee who hit 44 out of 50 targets! After shooting concluded, the employees gathered for a tasty lunch, and there were a few drawings for door prizes. Morale was high at the end of this fun day!

The employees all had a great time, so it was a successful event for GHAC. Many people took part in the event and the planning of it. The employees are already looking forward to the event taking play again next year, making it the 6th Annual Clay Shoot.
