Madison’s reputation and stature as a high-performing marketplace continues to be reflected in the significant improvements that are being made in just about all neighborhoods. Nowhere is this more evident than in the rapidly transforming East Washington Avenue corridor.

The Hamel Music Center is a nearly $56 million facility that will fill an entire open space immediately adjacent to the Chazen Museum of Art.

When GHAC secured the Sentry Insurance project in Stevens Point, it marked the second project GHAC has worked on in Portage County (the first was the UW-Stevens Point Chemistry Building).

Brakebush Brothers is a manufacturer of chicken food products in Westfield, WI. General Heating and Air Conditioning (GHAC) has been working on installing the HVAC and process equipment for a new process chicken line.

The Steamfitters Local 601 Training Facility is located at 6310 Town Center Drive in Madison. The building is set to be complete in August and will be LEED certified.

The Harvest Haven project located across the street from the Sub-Zero plant will be completed in the Fall of this year. This building is unique for several reasons but one that is most notable is the structure itself — a 100 year old barn.
